I’m Sasha, an information professional in Chicago who’s into design, comedy, and art. I like to wonder, take photos, make doodles, and if I get amped, write paragraphs.
I’m a student of writing, public libraries, city government, and curiosity. I earned a master’s of science in library and information science and a master’s of science in information design and strategy. They sound a lot alike but are more like a Venn diagram where the overlap is getting people the information they need and want. It should be descriptive, relevant, and be easy on the eyes.
I am an experienced dabbler of apps and websites since my first home computer in 1998 so it felt natural and appropriate to create a website just because. At this time, I don’t provide any services, although one day I might.
